Shipping options
- Pickup (EXW/FCA): buyers may collect goods from the agreed warehouse with their own carrier.
- Freight arranged by us: on request we quote LTL/FTL truck or ocean container freight to your destination.
Lead times
Pallets and truckloads are usually ready for dispatch within 3–10 business days after payment is received. Container loads typically require 2–4 weeks depending on the lot and destination. We confirm the estimated dispatch date in writing for each order.
Costs, duties and taxes
Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and customs clearance are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated in your quote. International buyers are responsible for import requirements in their country.
Delivery and damage
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Report shipping damage or shortages to info@onlinediscountcity.com within 48 hours with photos.
