This agreement is made between Luxrol SRL. and the Customer, relating to the purchase of salvage, second-hand, and new closeout overstock merchandise discussed and listed on the invoice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of merchandise. The Customer is prohibited from advertising purchased merchandise using department store names, and must remove all related labels and tags.
Merchandise Condition:
All merchandise is sold “As Is” without warranties or guarantees, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered. The Customer is responsible for transportation costs and any damages or shortages must be reported to the freight carrier.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company will not be liable for consequential damages or other losses incurred by the customer. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
Trademarks:

Cancellation of Orders:
Orders cancelled before confirmation paperwork is signed and received will incur a 2% transaction fee.
