Discount City sells wholesale liquidation and closeout merchandise (pallets, truckloads and container loads) to business buyers: retailers, online sellers, resellers and exporters. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Products and condition
Liquidation lots may contain customer returns, shelf-pulls, overstock or closeout goods. Manifests, photos and unit counts are provided in good faith and may vary slightly. Brand names belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
4. Quotes, prices and payment
Prices are shown per lot or per unit and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated. Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of payment by the agreed method. Prices and availability may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
5. Shipping and inspection
Delivery terms (Incoterms, pickup or freight) are agreed for each order. See our Shipping Policy. Buyers may arrange inspection before shipment where available.
6. Returns
Returns and claims are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
